Our initial exam fee is $150 and from there we will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that fits your budget.

No. Any pets that are with us during the day will either need to transfer to a 24 hour facility when we close or will need to go home and come back the next morning for ongoing care. We are happy to discuss the different options with you and determine which is best based on your pet's condition.

We do not have an in clinic option for financing but we do accept both CareCredit and Scratchpay as well as cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service and we require a deposit whenever a pet is dropped off for care. We do not accept checks.

We prefer that clients call us prior to arriving. The number of cases we accept first thing is determined by how many doctors are seeing cases and how staffed we are for the day. We maintain a triage list which we can add you to if we are not able to have you come right in. We call cases in off this list based on urgency of the case FIRST and then the order of the call. What this means is that if all the cases are of a similar urgency, the person who called first will be called in. However, if sicker pets are calling after you, we will have them come in first.

If you walk-in without calling we will do our best to accommodate you. However, there may be a significant wait or we may add you to our triage list and call you in later if we have availability.

Our goal is to try and minimize wait times as much as possible both for you and your pet.

We will see your pet for just about any issue you are having. We will see anything urgent as well as true emergencies. If we are the closest option in a life-threatening situation, we are able to triage and stabilize your pet prior to transferring to a 24 hour/critical care facility.
